Battery drains quickly, service warning. A battery showing a service warning or draining fast is replaced.

Keyboard Replacement

Keys do not press or get stuck. The keyboard is repaired or replaced when keys do not press or stick.

Charging Port Repair

MagSafe or USB-C not charging. A port that does not charge and its power circuit are checked and repaired.

Liquid Damage Cleaning

Liquid spill, corrosion. After liquid contact the board is cleaned, corrosion is removed and the parts are tested.

Logic Board Repair

Will not turn on or charge. Board-level repair for devices that do not turn on or charge.

Data is usually preserved during a battery replacement; for board or liquid damage repairs, we tell you the status of your data at diagnosis. Back up before the repair starts (backups are the customer’s responsibility).

It depends on the model and the fault; we tell you after diagnosis. Devices sent by post are generally repaired and shipped back the same day.
