The screen or back cover lifts from the frame; the phone rocks on a flat surface.

On iPhone, Battery Health recommends “Service” or the capacity has dropped clearly.

The phone is slower

A worn battery can reduce performance under heavy load; apps open slowly.

Charge level jumps

The charge level drops suddenly or gets stuck at one point while charging.

How it works

How a battery replacement works

  1. Free diagnosis

    The battery and charging system are checked to see whether the battery or another part is the cause.

  2. Approval

    The battery options that fit your model are sent with their prices; the battery is not removed until you say yes.

  3. Repair

    The old battery is removed and the new one fitted. Replaced parts are invoiced in your name.

  4. Test and return

    The device is tested; you collect it from the store, or it reaches you by partner courier, or by motorbike courier within Istanbul.

Data generally stays as it is during a battery replacement, but this cannot be promised. You need to back up before the work begins; backups are the customer’s responsibility.

Two options stand out for batteries. Which suit your model is explained at diagnosis; the price is sent on WhatsApp.

Original battery

The manufacturer’s part. Availability depends on the model; when available, it is offered to you as an option.

OEM (compatible) battery

A part made outside the manufacturer that fits your model. We tell you which models it suits.

On iPhone: when a battery Apple does not recognise is fitted, some models show a note on the Battery Health screen. The note is for information only; the battery works normally.

Will a battery replacement delete my data?

Data is usually kept, but this is not certain; you need to back up before the repair, and backups are the customer’s responsibility. An iCloud backup on iPhone, a Google account or the maker’s cloud backup on Android phones (HUAWEI Cloud on Huawei), or a computer backup is enough.

Is there a warranty on a battery replacement?

Yes, the replaced battery comes with a 1-year replacement warranty. If the fitted battery is faulty (for example, it drains very quickly or the percentage drops suddenly), it is replaced; physical damage such as drops and knocks is not covered.

Which devices can have their battery replaced?

iPhone and Android phones (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, OPPO, Realme and others), iPad and MacBook.

What does the price of a battery replacement depend on?
