At Cezeri Bilişim Teknoloji Ürünleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., we care about the privacy of everyone who visits cepmarket.net and contacts us. No forms, no membership

The site has no registration, membership or other forms that ask for personal data. The “Ask on WhatsApp” buttons only prepare a message with the model and fault you choose, in your browser; this information is not sent to or stored on any server. Whether you send the message is up to you.

Contact and repair

The information you share by WhatsApp, phone or at the store is used to diagnose the fault, tell you the repair options, carry out the repair and return your device. It is not shared with third parties for advertising, and we do not send you marketing messages without your permission.

Data on your device

We recommend backing up your data before you bring your device to our store or send it by post.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: your cookie choice, your language and the first-visit guide. Site measurement uses Google Analytics; analytics cookies are set only when you allow them on the cookie banner, and without consent Google receives only cookieless signals that do not identify you. Google Ads conversion measurement is also used to measure the results of our ads (WhatsApp and phone taps on visits from an ad); advertising cookies are also set only with your consent. The OpenAI pixel used to measure our ChatGPT ads loads only if you allow ad measurement; without it, nothing is sent to OpenAI. The details and how to change your choice are in our cookie policy.

Fonts, images and links

The fonts, images and scripts on the site are loaded from our own server; the only third-party services used are Google’s measurement services (Analytics and Ads), OpenAI ad measurement and Google Maps loaded with your permission, and a video player you start yourself. Videos on our pages are shown only with a cover image from our own server until you press play; when you do, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player loads and YouTube’s privacy policy applies. Our social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) are given as links that open on the platform’s own site.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Server and security logs are kept only to keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
