Part options
Depending on the model there are OEM, original and refurbished part options; we tell you which suit your DualShock 4 after diagnosis. Replaced parts are invoiced in your name and the device is tested before it is returned.
Your data
Saved data is usually preserved in HDMI, fan and power supply repairs; for a disc drive or SSD replacement, the status of your data is discussed first. Back up your saves before the repair starts (backups are the customer’s responsibility).

- Remove discs and unplug cables and accessories; send only the device.
- Do not send the case, cables or other accessories with the device.
