Xiaomi POCO X3 turned off and will not turn on: what to do step by step

If your POCO X3 has switched off and will not turn on, first charge it for half an hour with a different cable, then hold the power button until it vibrates. If the screen shows Fastboot, a long press of the power button takes you back to a normal start. If there is no response, the battery or board should be checked.

  1. Charge it. Leave it for at least half an hour with a different cable and adapter; look for a charging icon or LED response.
  2. Force restart. Hold the power button until the phone vibrates.

Button combinations can differ slightly by software version.

  • Fastboot: This screen appears if it starts with volume down held. Hold the power button to restart the phone.
  • Recovery mode: In this menu, “wipe data” resets the phone; without a backup, do not choose it.
