02When is a battery replacement needed?

  • Fast drain. With the same use, you need to charge much sooner.
  • Sudden shutdowns. The phone turns off at around 20–30 percent.

Data is usually preserved during a repair; still, you need to back up your data before the repair starts (backups are the customer’s responsibility). We still recommend backing up before you hand the phone in.
