Huawei no signal problem: how to fix it

If your Huawei phone has no signal, first restart it, turn airplane mode on and off, and remove and refit the SIM card. Set the network operator to automatic in Settings and reset network settings if needed. If another SIM gets no signal either, or *#06# shows no IMEI, the antenna or board should be checked.

01Step-by-step fix

  1. Restart. Turn the phone off and on.
  2. Airplane mode. Turn airplane mode on and off after a few seconds.
  3. SIM card. Remove, clean and refit the card; try another SIM.
  4. Operator selection. Set the operator to automatic in mobile network settings.
  5. Reset network settings. Reset network settings from the reset menu.
  6. IMEI. Check that *#06# shows the IMEI number.

Menu names vary by EMUI and HarmonyOS version.
