The model name and code are under Settings › About phone; on many OPPO models the code starts with CPH. As versions such as 4G and 5G can share a name, give the code too. If the phone does not turn on, check the label on the box. Menu names can vary with the ColorOS version.

  2. OPPO account password. If the software is reinstalled, the phone may ask for account verification at start-up.
