02Screen or front glass?

If the glass is cracked but the picture and touch work, a front glass replacement may be enough. If there are green or coloured lines, black spots or lost touch, the screen needs replacing.

Will a Samsung screen replacement delete my data?

Data is usually preserved during a repair; still, you need to back up your data before the repair starts (backups are the customer’s responsibility). We still recommend backing up before you hand the phone in.

Can the screen of a foldable Samsung be replaced?

Yes. The inner and outer screens of the Z Fold and Z Flip can be replaced separately; we give the options per model.

How long does a screen replacement take?

It depends on the model; we tell you after diagnosis. Phones sent by post are generally repaired the same day.

Will the fingerprint sensor work after a screen replacement?

On models with an in-display sensor, it is tested after the screen replacement; you may need to register your fingerprint again.
