The other person cannot hear me on calls: what to do

If the other person cannot hear you, first turn off Bluetooth, remove the case and check the microphone hole at the bottom. If a voice memo has no sound either, the microphone is faulty; data is usually preserved during the repair, but back up your data first.

  5. Use speakerphone. If speakerphone works, the bottom microphone may be the problem.
