iPhone 11 Bluetooth problems and fixes

Bluetooth problems on an iPhone 11 usually come from a broken pairing. Turn Bluetooth off and on, forget the device in Settings › Bluetooth and pair it again, and restart both devices. If it continues, reset network settings. If it connects to no device, or Wi-Fi also fails, the module should be checked.

01Step by step

  1. Turn it off and on. Use Settings › Bluetooth, not Control Centre.
  2. Forget the device. Tap the info icon next to the device, choose “Forget This Device” and pair again.
  3. Restart. Restart the iPhone and the device it connects to.
  4. Update. Update iOS and the other device’s software.
  5. Network settings. Settings › General › Transfer or Reset › Reset › Reset Network Settings.
