Is there an iPhone test menu? Field Test code and hardware checks

01Field Test mode

  1. Open the Phone app. Type *3001#12345#* on the keypad and call.
  2. Look at the screen. Network, cell and signal details are listed; content varies by iOS version.
  3. Exit. Just return to the Home Screen; no settings change.

This mode does not test the screen, sound or sensors; it only shows network details.
