Can a phone bought abroad be registered in Turkey without a passport?

01Registration steps

  1. IMEI. Dial *#06# on the phone to find the IMEI number.
  2. Fee. Pay the registration fee at the tax office or the online tax office.
  3. Registration. Use the e-Devlet service for devices brought from abroad or a carrier store.
  4. Check. Confirm registration with the IMEI query on e-Devlet.
