- “SIM not supported” usually means a carrier lock or an unregistered IMEI.
- On iPhone, Settings › General › About › Carrier Lock should say “No SIM restrictions”.
- You can check the IMEI status with the IMEI query service on e-Devlet.
- With “No SIM”, try another SIM card.
- If no SIM is read at all, the SIM slot or cellular section should be checked.
