How to find your phone’s IMEI number

To find your phone’s IMEI, dial *#06# on the phone screen; the number appears straight away. You can also look in Settings › General › About on iPhone or Settings › About phone on Android; it is printed on the box too. Dual SIM phones have two IMEIs. Check registration status on e-Devlet.

02When buying used

  1. Compare. The IMEI on the phone should match the one on the box.
  2. Check. See the registration status with the IMEI query on e-Devlet.
  3. Account. Check the phone has been removed from its account: the Apple Account on iPhone, the Google account on Android.
  4. Invoice. Ask the seller for the invoice or box.
