iPhone black screen and will not turn on: what to do

If your iPhone screen is black and will not turn on, first force restart it with the button order for your model and leave it on charge. If it vibrates or rings, it is working and the screen is most likely the problem. With no reaction at all, the battery, charging section or board should be checked.

  4. Think about your backup. If a restore is needed, your data only comes back from a backup.
