Touch stops working when the phone gets hot

If touch freezes or presses by itself when the phone heats up, unplug it, remove the case and let it cool in a cool place first. A poor charger and gaming while charging can confuse the touch screen. If it works when cool but fails again when hot, the screen connection or battery should be checked.

  3. Close heavy apps. Close demanding games and apps.
  4. Update. Install any pending software update.
  5. Check the battery. If the case is bulging, do not charge the phone.
