- iPhone screen colours wrong: setting or fault? If your iPhone screen colours suddenly changed, an accessibility setting is usually on: Invert Colours, Colour Filters or the Zoom filter. Night Shift and True Tone change the tone too. If the settings are fine and colours look normal in a screenshot, the display panel is the problem.
- iPhone not charging to 100%: causes and fixesAn iPhone stopping at 80% is usually not a fault: Optimised Battery Charging holds charging at 80% to protect the battery and finishes before you usually unplug. Some models also let you set an 80% charging limit. If the iPhone is hot, charging pauses for a while. If none of these apply, check battery health.
- How to check a Samsung phone’s warrantyA Samsung phone’s warranty starts from the sale date on the invoice. You can ask about warranty status through Samsung’s official support channels — the support section of its website, the Samsung Members app or the call centre — using the serial number or IMEI. Dial *#06# to see the IMEI.
- iPhone 15 will not turn on: what to doIf your iPhone 15 will not turn on, first force restart it: press volume up, then volume down, and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears. Then charge it for a while with a USB-C cable and suitable adapter. If it stays on the Apple logo, try “Update” first in recovery mode with a computer.
- iPhone network problem: no service or searchingIf your iPhone shows “No Service” or “Searching”, toggle airplane mode and restart it. Go to Settings › General › About and install any carrier settings update. Refit the SIM and try another one. If it continues, reset network settings; if it still fails, the antenna or cellular chip should be checked.
- How to check battery health on an Android phoneOn Android, the screen that shows battery health depends on the brand and version. On Samsung, the phone diagnostics in the Samsung Members app show battery status; some models also show battery information under Settings › Battery. Otherwise, fast drain, sudden shutdowns and swelling point to a worn battery.
- iPhone screen turns off when touching near the front cameraAn iPhone has a proximity sensor next to the front camera; during a call, the screen goes dark when this area is covered, which is normal. If the screen also turns off outside calls, a protector may be covering the sensor or the sensor may be faulty. After a screen replacement, check the sensor connection.
- Original vs aftermarket front glass: what is the difference? In a glass-only replacement, the optical adhesive that bonds the glass to the display matters as much as the glass. Aftermarket glass can differ from the original in thickness, edge fit and fingerprint-resistant coating; poor adhesive can cause bubbles and haze. Options are explained at diagnosis.
- SIM card detected but no network: causes and fixesIf your phone recognises the SIM but has no network, first ask your carrier whether the line is active. A phone from abroad cannot connect without IMEI registration; check it on e-Devlet. Set the network mode and operator selection to automatic and reset network settings. If it continues, check the antenna.
- Dead pixels on a phone screen: repair costA dead pixel is a black dot on the screen that never lights; a stuck pixel stays one colour. You can find both with full-screen white, black, red, green and blue images. A dead pixel is permanent and needs a screen replacement; the price depends on the model, screen type and part option.
- iPhone 11 Bluetooth problems and fixesBluetooth problems on an iPhone 11 usually come from a broken pairing. Turn Bluetooth off and on, forget the device in Settings › Bluetooth and pair it again, and restart both devices. If it continues, reset network settings. If it connects to no device, or Wi-Fi also fails, the module should be checked.
- Scratches on an iPhone back and frame: can they be removed?Scratches on an iPhone’s glass back cannot be removed safely with polish or sanding; the glass thins, the coating is damaged and the risk of cracking rises. Scratches and dents on the frame are usually cosmetic. To refresh the look, the back glass or housing is replaced; a case and skin prevent new scratches.
- iPhone camera lens glass cracked: what to doIf the rear camera glass on your iPhone is cracked, photos show spots, flare or blur and dust and moisture get in through the crack. If the camera still focuses and gives a picture, usually only the camera glass is replaced. If the picture is blurry, dark or spotty, the camera module should also be checked.
- Samsung Galaxy screen colour problem and fixIf colours on a Samsung screen look yellow, blue or faded, check the settings first: Eye comfort shield, screen mode and colour correction in accessibility all change colours. If a screenshot looks right but the screen shows green or pink lines or stains, the panel is damaged and the screen is replaced.
- iPhone camera shaking: how to fix itIf the picture on your iPhone camera shakes or wobbles, or the camera makes a clicking sound, the optical image stabilisation or focus part is usually damaged. This often happens after a knock or strong vibration such as a motorcycle. No setting fixes it; the faulty camera module is replaced.
- iPhone half screen not responding: causesIf part of your iPhone screen does not respond to touch, remove the case and protector, wipe the screen and restart the phone first. Drag an app icon across the whole screen to find the area that does not respond. If it continues, the screen or its connection is damaged and the screen is replaced.
- How a phone screen is replacedAt the shop, a screen replacement starts with a diagnosis: is the screen or only the glass broken, is anything else damaged, which part do you want. With your approval the screen is warmed and removed, small parts move to the new screen, adhesive is renewed and the phone is tested before return.
- Cracked screen and touch not working: what to doIf touch stopped working after the screen cracked, remove the protector, wipe the screen and restart the phone first. If it still does not respond, the crack has reached the touch layer. On most phones touch is built into the screen, so the screen is replaced. Back up your data before the repair.
- iPhone speaker crackling: causes and fixIf your iPhone speaker crackles, first check which one: the bottom speaker plays music and speakerphone, the earpiece works on calls. Remove the case, clean the grille with a dry brush and test in Settings › Sounds & Haptics. If crackling continues, the speaker cone is damaged and the speaker is replaced.
- Can a phone screen crack by itself?A phone screen rarely cracks truly by itself; a small edge crack from an earlier knock, bending in a back pocket, a sudden temperature change or a swollen battery pushing the screen makes a crack appear later. If the screen is lifting or the case is bulging, do not charge the phone and have the battery checked.
